It's been too long.

TOO LONG! this forlorn bit of internet space is showing some sure signs of neglect. Thought that I might as well just throw in a few more words just for the sake of it. :D

Life's been wonderful on the whole since the last entry, i think! A new orchestral CCA, Orientation '06 with the wonderful SO3, Chinese New Year (apart from the cough and sore eye.. the food was marvellous, though), plus a new conductor to top it off! Playing Dvorak again's bringing back some interesting memories, and so is Elgar.

Yet, there're also the changes that I'd rather not have happened- I'm missing my seniors terribly, especially the very special quartet gang; as well as MALISA BAY's voice cos she's always too busy to talk to me nowadays. GAAAHHHH. Too bad. We can't always not grow up.

Even more recently, I've acquired something too exquisite for the likes of me. A beautiful instrument made of i-dunno-what wood and lots of glue. I don't really own it yet since it's not even at home, but it will be soon enough! Can't wait to lay my hands on it for the second time!!!

Funny how funny things can happen almost all at once. This morning while still trying to force blanket of sleepiness from a blurry-eyed me, i heard the DJ on the car radio announcing that lines would be opened for callers to try their luck at getting free concert tickets. Without even knowing what was up for grabs, I stumbled out of the car with the phone at my ear. Got the tickets in the end, and the DJ was rather amused at my calling in from school.
THEN during break I met the (much) younger sister of this fellow teaching at SNG, someone whom I never knew was only a year older than me! Strange day, huh.

Ah well.
There's not much I can comment on that. Just terribly lucky, I guess! Can't wait for so many other things to happen, all in the few weeks to come! Maybe it's just as well that I get so many free periods in school- rest and relaxation is of utmost importance to any self-respecting being!
