hey, but wanna know a secret? my parents say professional food photography involves the creation of pseudo-food so easily perishable items don't, er, perish :P take ice-cream for example. those pictures you see aren't REALLY pictures of ice-cream - they're make-believe!!! haha just kidding. people use things like plasticine for photos. wonder how they get those wonderful ripples in e texture in e photos, eh? not anymore! (haha ok this is getting a little bizarre)
